Local Amenities

On Hacienda Del Alamo, there are two restaurants and two bars, serving both formal and informal food. One restaurant, La Hacienda, has received many awards for its food and presentation. These restaurants and bars are less than a ten minute walk from the villa.

A short five minute drive from Hacienda Del Alamo you will find a large supermarket which sells Spanish and English goods. It has a fantastic fresh fish counter to name just one of its attractions.

The Spanish towns of Murcia and Cartegena are a 30 minute drive from Hacienda Del Alamo, where dozens of shops, restaurants and bars can be found. There are several huge shopping centres along with a large bowling centre and cinema complex.

Only a five minute drive from Hacienda Del Alamo is the local town, Fuente Alamo, which has plenty of restaurants, bars (including an English and Irish bar), shops and banks. There is also a delightful church in the centre of the town. Every Saturday the town has its local open air market, and there are regular events taking place in the town.
